Bavarian style Wheat Beer (ABV: 4.7& IBU: 19)
Appearance: Straw to gold in color, cloudy with an appetising white creamy head.
Aroma: Dominant tones of clove, banana and a slight malty sweetness.
Flavour: Medium bodied and high carbonation. A special combination of wheat and barley malt together with a mild hopping gives our Wicklow Weiss a very characteristic flavour with slight honey after taste.
